We are recruiting a Development Worker to cover maternity leave for up to one year.

Job Title - Bradford Nightstop Development Worker

This role will focus on working with young people. You will also need to have the skills to work with volunteers and partner organisations, including schools and colleges. You will need to have at least one years relevant work experience.
Hours: 30 hrs per week until 31 March 2027, reducing to 23 hours per week thereafter, subject to funding.
Salary: SCP 15 – 22
The salary range is currently £30,024 to £33,699 pro rata per annum (£24,343 to £27323 for 30 hours per week). The post holder would usually start at the bottom of the scale (SCP 15), and from 1 April 2027 the salary would reflect the reduced hours.
Annual Leave - 33 days per year (including bank holidays), pro rata.
Our small office is based at Culture Fusion on Thornton Road, Bradford. Some home working may be agreed with your manager, where this does not affect service delivery or training.
